This unique program provides an innovative, strategic approach, taking job seekers step-by-step through the entire job search process. About the Founder

An excellent trainer and presenter, Mr. Wood is a frequent guest speaker at a variety of professional and career transition support groups around the nation. His unique perspective on job search was the topic of discussion when he was interviewed by talk show host Bill Handel on KFI 640AM radio in Los Angeles, one of the top news/talk shows in the country, in addition to his appearance on “Job Seekers Clinic Show” on KFWB News Talk 980AM, and on the “Morning Scramble” show on AZTV7 Cable TV in Phoenix.

Greg’s corporate background includes domestic and international experience in a variety of industries including executive search, publishing, high-technology, and healthcare. He has held senior management positions with mid-size as well as major Fortune 500 corporations. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Portland in Oregon.

Tom Stein, USMC Retired

Co-Founder Tom Stein is a Certified Career Management Professional (CCMP) with a focus on assisting both active-duty military families, and honorably discharged veterans and their families, as they transition into Corporate America. Tom is a business owner, experienced senior executive, and an author. As an executive program manager, he has held executive positions and designations in his fields of expertise and has worked with Fortune 500 companies like Apple, Dell, Ingram Micro, and Walmart.

About the Founder

As a career Marine, Tom knows firsthand the challenges facing military families in transition and those veterans already in the workforce. He has never lost touch with his military roots and after going through his own transition, and witnessing the struggles of military families and veterans, he partnered with his career coach Greg Wood to co-author The Hire Tactics book and related career search methodology. In 2013 he started The Hire Target, a non-profit organization.

Tom also mentors military families in their decision-making process regarding when to leave military service and join the ranks of active veterans. As a father of four grown children, he understands the challenges faced by college students of military families who are also searching for mentorship when starting their new career.
Tom hosts on-site seminars and provides one-on-one coaching nationwide to assist military families in transitioning to civilian careers. He is a regular guest speaker at national conferences.
